Polish offspring, from Miss Q by Ranger Born June 6 is off to a new home in Lucan. She should make for a good pet.
five babies born at 1000 a.m. Two peanuts, three normals. All broken. Easy litter for this well experienced doe. This will be "q's" last litter for me. She's been an excellent doe for me.
Watch Me Grow
Both of Miss Q's boys by Ranger (Mar 12, 2014) have located new homes. One to live a fair distance away from here, the other in Byron. Both have gone to pet homes.
Jilly's daughter off Red Pete is off to a new home. :)
AND every single one of the guinea pigs is off! WOOT WOOT. Had a gal come in yesterday morning and take the lot of them. She took Q's kiddo and the last from Carma as well.
These three Guinea pigs got called into the Pet Store, off Eureka and Toffee.
This bunny is going to be a therapy bunny for an autistic boy.
Six kits born, two days early, all chocolate, two peanuts.
I had looked at Q in the morning and said, I'll need to bring you in the house tonight so you can kindle there and when I went out to do chores she had JUST finished.
Disappointed about the peanuts as it means the Ranger carries the dwarf gene and I had thought him large enough not to.
Polish are NOT supposed to carry the dwarf gene. It's hard to find any that don't. It just means that somewhere in their history someone bred dwarf into the line. Polish are supposed to be a naturally small breed rabbit. Frustrating, but what do you do?
Watch Me Grow
Two dead kits as a result of this pairing. One very large squished kit (broken) and one peanut (solid).
both of these tiny youngsters went to pet homes in London today. :)
Miss Q x Rustic - Dec 5, 2013, Polish.
This kit has gone off to her new home. She'll join Oliver. :)
I have been breeding rabbits for a quite a few years. I thoroughly enjoy them as animals and think they make great pets. I also like to take some of them to rabbit shows to see how they measure up to the standards.
