Two dead kits as a result of this pairing. One very large squished kit (broken) and one peanut (solid).
I sold a bunny last fall, a young doe who just didn't grow out the way I had hoped. She's quite happy in her new home. Check it out. :) She has a friend named Paddy.
And here she's just flaking out.
This half Flemish litter is four in number. A bit of a disappointing litter size, but at least I got a litter off this first time mom. Four broken kits from what I recall. I'll have to take the box from her as she keeps wanting to sit in it, and it's a cold day I don't want kits freezing.
Watch Me Grow
These two girls, born Dec 20 off Corbin and Marie, will be sharing their new home with an older rabbit who has been missing her partner who died. Pet home in London.
A pet home bunny enjoying her exercise... enjoying the snow that we Ontarioians are starting to say phooey too. :)
Doesn't she look content?
I have been breeding rabbits for a quite a few years. I thoroughly enjoy them as animals and think they make great pets. I also like to take some of them to rabbit shows to see how they measure up to the standards.
For the BEST rabbit forum I've ever found. Go to Rabbittalk.com. Good for the pet rabbit owner as well as the breeder for meat or show.
