When I first got into rabbits as an adult I learned about the "old dutch rabbit" that older farmers in my area maintained. They were a larger rangier breed good for meat rabbits.
The dutch rabbit, spoken of in this post though, is a small, round meat brick known to be good mothers. I find them a highly alert animal.
The Dwarf Lop is an United Kingdom rabbit weight 4-5 lbs. They are kinda between the holland lop and mini lop found in North America.
The Dalmatian is a medium breed rabbit with a spotted pattern down it's sides that come in "black, blue, brown, orange, or fawn". They have short straight coat. Dalamation rabbits weight 6-8 lbs.
Deilenaar hail from the Netherlands. This red agouti coloured rabbit comes in at 5-8 lbs. They are a compact rabbit shown for the quality of their fur. A rare breed rabbit.
