Quickly changing weather patterns can wreak havoc on bunnies, so I chose to send all my young rabbits to the pet store on Monday. I wanted them into a brick and mortar building with a more consistent temperature.
LilyFlower x SparksBranch, born Nov 15. Nice young boys. Both are tort otters.
This young tort from BrightSong and BonFire from Nov.11, 2017 was a sweet boy.
Bonnet's four boys from Bonfire (nov 29) were as cute as a wink, and should find new homes quickly.
Picked up while I was at a family dinner in Drayton SunShine is off to a home in Mississauga. Hopefully she wil have a good life there and enjoy her life with a teenage boy. SunnyRock x BonFire. kindled: around Nov. 15/16
Q-ball, brother to SunShine above is off to a new home in London. He's a sweet boy who should make a good pet for his new family. SunnyRock x BonFire. kindled: around Nov. 15/16
BrightSong's boy out of BonFire went off to his new home in London tonight. A bright eager young couple were looking for a companion for their current rabbit. Born on November 11.
Well, guess who surprised me this morning with a litter? Gave her a box just in case she was going to surprise me but I wasn't expecting a thing as she showed ZERO signs of impending delivery and was a reluctant breeder with my Bonnie. FIVE kits! WOW...
Little Song who I just couldn't find a home for, gave me a lovely nest with five babies in it. Surprises are GREAT!
I am hopeful to get siamese sable out of this litter...time will tell
Watch Me Grow
I have been breeding rabbits for a quite a few years. I thoroughly enjoy them as animals and think they make great pets. I also like to take some of them to rabbit shows to see how they measure up to the standards.
For the BEST rabbit forum I've ever found. Go to Rabbittalk.com. Good for the pet rabbit owner as well as the breeder for meat or show.
