Litter of four born to Puddle this afternoon. She didn't build the best nest, and her kits are small. But alive. A litter of four.
Watch Me Grow
On the way up north to go camping I made a couple of bunny stops. The first one was a brief stop in Shelburne.
Recent return Scarlett made her way to a new home.
Aid left her most recent litter to be raised by Beauty and made her way to a tricolour breeder home.
My gorgeous girlie off Puddle and Calypso moved her way north. I was so tempted to keep her.
Flower's tri boy off Calypso finished off the foursome. I hope the Megan does well with them.
July 6 boy off Puddle and Calypso, Pud is off to his pet home. From a litter of seven. A sweet natured boy.
A July 22 boy off Heart and Keeper, this inquisitive, good-natured lad might have found himself in a breeder home. Time will tell.
Broken tort off Puddle and Calypso, the sable off Tip and Band. Both born July 6. They left to go to their new digs this afternoon.
This July 6 baby off Puddle and Calypso went off to his new home today. A fine youngster who should do well in his new home. He's always been a momma's boy, a gentle soul.
So the owner of these three littles I've known for a few years. She's been thinking of doing bunnies on their hobby farm. She wants to breed tricolour hollands so I sent a trio that should get her want she wants.
Puddle and Calypso girlie July 6.
BandAid and Calypso from June 25 girlie.
Flight x Band son from June 27.
Man, I liked this rabbit. A good solid boy who gave me good youngsters to keep or sell. Loved this buck and his marvellous head which he passed on to a couple of his daughters.
I bred him to all the does I possibly could have before he left and I really hope they all caught! (wouldn't that be grand!) :)
I trade this little girl off Puddle for a broken chestnut from Sunnyheights rabbitry. A nice girlie with some promise. I hope Spill will do well for her new people. I'll be posting a picture of Asia up later today (at least that's my plan).
Nice made nest with just enough hair for comfort and warmth.
Seven kits all snuggled in. Small babies.

This little lady was originally claimed by an interested party who then changed her mind. I put an ad up for her and off she went to a new home. My little sweetling has found a life as a companion animal.
Born April 9 to Puddle and Band.
Aid and Pete produced this fine little tort on April 9. He was joined in his new breeder home by two of Puddle's Daughters.
I almost decided to keep the chocolate but decided at the last moment that I liked the Amber just a bit more for size and personality. Band combined with Puddle to produce these girls on April 9, 2020.
I hope they do well in their future home.
I have been breeding rabbits for a quite a few years. I thoroughly enjoy them as animals and think they make great pets. I also like to take some of them to rabbit shows to see how they measure up to the standards.
For the BEST rabbit forum I've ever found. Go to Rabbittalk.com. Good for the pet rabbit owner as well as the breeder for meat or show.
