Dad Gregory greets almost every baby born into the rabbit with a solid sniff. He'll thump loudly if I don't let him poke his head out when I"m working in the rabbitry. So of course, he gets his own way. :)
I used to let him out into a playpen but he figured out how to get out so that doesn't happen anymore. :)
The girls are very similiar in personality. If they are like their mom, they will be nice friendly adults when they don't have kits. When they have kits, they will be protective and need bribing to let you see their kits. Ascot bribes easily with bread crusts, apple cores and mixed grains. Once she's eating, she's mindful but not in your face about it.
Ascot was a CLUMSY first time mom but has improved with each litter she has had. She's a solidly good doe and I expect these girls to be just as solid.
